Jio Cinema is launching shows back to back and this time it has ventured into the musical world. Titled as ‘Khalbali Records’ the latest show will premiere soon only on Jio Cinema.
In the announcement video launched today for ‘Khalbali Records’ it gives those rock vibes with colourful visuals bursting in and out of a record. There are also themes of rap in the background music.
‘Khalbali Records’ will add to the list of shows based on music like Prime Video’s ‘Bandish Bandits’ and SonyLIV’s ‘Chamak’. There have been various films too that have had music as the central theme such as ‘Rock On!!’, ‘Rockstar’, ‘Secret Superstar’, and more.
The one thing that’s been central to the above mentioned titles is while the music was great the story behind it was also amazing making them iconic. Whether Jio Cinema’s ‘Khalibali Records’ follows the same musical theme or not remains to be seen.
Given that Amit Trivedi is attached to ‘Khalbali Records’ promises a musical feast for the viewers. Other cast and crew members of the show include Ram Kapoor, Skand Thakur, Prabhdeep, Saloni Batra, Salonie Patel, and Devanshu Singh. ‘Khalbali Records’ will premiere soon only on Jio Cinema.
