JioCinema has crashed, again. However, it shouldn’t be news because it is a usual case in almost every big match that JioCinema streams. It is as if they spend all their resources on purchasing subscriptions to live matches when they should be focussing on purchasing servers.
Ultimately user experience matters much more than merely the volume of matches but JioCinema is far from understanding it.
It was a match between India and Afghanistan. It is so interesting that even Super Overs took place. And that too, two super overs. Needless to say, everyone loves these thrilling matches. But but but, what if you are simply not able to stream these matches?
This is precisely the case with JioCinema. They crashed during the last overs of the match and it is indeed a problem. The studies reveal that the Indian youth is getting more and more interested in streaming matches rather than watching them on TV.
But, precisely these kinda things piss off the audience from trusting JioCinema. End of the day, the TV never crashes.
The audience is complaining a lot about the services of JioCinema. It is about crashes, buffers and so much more. If and only if JioCinema listened to the complainants of the audience, they would be so much better than what they are.
JioCinema’s broadcast of cricket matches is worse than what Doordarshan used to have 7-8 years back!

That's the problem when capitalism takes over and there is no race. U become the only giver and provider. Hotstar has been too good last 10 years. Jiocinema crashed when Hit man started hitting.

There are so many OTT platforms in India and @JioCinema is by far the worst one. I don't understand how's the app down for a game which is not even that important (less traffic). This is shambolic, enhance your backend infrastructure my friends.

Was trying to watch Ind vs Afg T20 match, using Jio fibre connection and in Jio Cinema, but streaming stopped. I don't know why you guys take the pain of telecasting. Problem noticed since Foot ball world cup and still going on.
