Public Relations (PR) is an extremely important part of any company. When it is as giant as Jio Cinema than the magnitude multiplies. But even after that, actual service is of utmost and uncontested importance. No amount of PR can fix the problems if users are unsatisfied. Sadly, Jio Cinema seems to have forgotten this simple thumb rule.
Just as it was feared, Jio Cinema is simply incapable of providing good services to people. While flashing it as HD or FHD, the platform is streaming matches as if it were in 360p. This problem is really frustrating to the customers and it is inevitable too.
Even worse, it is not the only problem users are facing on Jio Cinema. Delay in audio, loading time of the app and so much more are being faced by the people. These were exactly the problems people faced while watching FIFA, even after several complaints, Jio Cinema doesn’t seem to have learned a lot of lessons.
Yes, it is true that bringing multiple camera view is new in the Indian context and they have made sufficient noise about it.
Jio Cinema Delivers is the hashtag used by multiple big accounts and it is all a part of PR.
But let’s see what actual people are saying about the performance.
@JioCinema can you please add how many people are watching the match and also there's lag between the audio and video when viewed in English and this happens every 10mins (not sure if this is only with me). Hope you get that fixed if you heard it from others as well.#WPL2023

Vo to theek hai. Par @JioCinema dhang ki coverage is edition me dega ya nhi. Every 5 minutes the difference between video and sound shoots up. Sometimes as high as difference of 10-12 seconds. So disappointing
