It’s been around a year since Jio Studios announced a massive slate of 100 films/series. Let’s talk about the fruition of content at JioCinema. Utter trash in cinematic form is all we have gotten so far. The platform is used to bring back to back content on a weekly basis. However, the trash suddenly stopped.

Jyoti Deshpande, the person responsible for managing entertainment at RIL had some tall promises to share.
One of their upcoming shows on JioCinema is “Union: The Making of India.” It’s about important people trying to bring lots of small parts of India together into one big country. Another show, “Sankalp,” is all about what it’s like to take exams to become a government servant in India.
Jyoti Deshpande is now focussing on quality instead of quantity. Yes, you read that right. They’re teaming up with famous movie makers to tell Indian stories that everyone in the world can enjoy. They want their shows to do well in India and in other countries too!
Well, the promises are merely promises. They need proper planning and execution to finally create good products. Let’s see what the future of JioCinema and more importantly JioStudios holds
