Korean drama ‘Marry My Husband’ has been making all the right noise on social media in the past few months. The revenge drama thriller series features murder, time-travel, supernatural elements and more, in the midst of love and betrayal.
Fans of Korean dramas and series will be glad to know that new Korean series ‘Marry My Husband’ will premiere worldwide on Prime Video, and its release date is 1st January, 2024, which is New Year’s Day.
The series follows the story of Kim Ji-Won, who is diagnosed with cancer. Her sorrow is multiplied when she witnesses her husband having an affair with her best friend. The story takes a turn when Kim travels 10 years back in time to reset her destiny, and seek revenge on her husband and her best friend. She is helped in her endeavor by her colleague Yoo Ji-hyuk.
‘Marry My Husband’ is adapted from a web novel of the same name, created by Sung So-Jak. Park Min-Young plays the lead role of Kim Ji-Won in the series. Na In-Woo, Lee Yi-Kyung and Song Ha-Yoon make up the rest of the cast for ‘Marry My Husband’. The series is produced by Studio Dragon, a subsidiary of CJ ENM.
Prime Video snapped up the global streaming rights for ‘Marry My Husband’ outside South Korea. The series will air on tvN in its native country. The 16-episode series will stream in the format of two episodes per week, every Monday and Tuesday.
