South-Korean dramas are a sensation worldwide. The Korean wava aka Hallyu is so huge that a chunk of India’s streaming market is ruled by them. This is probably why most K-Dramas and films are available on Netflix India as well. Some of the shows still directly stream only on Netflix Korea, after a while they stream world-wide. One such show is “The One & Only” which will stream on Netflix India from today.
The series follows the story of three women, each terminally ill with little to no time left in the world. They meet at a hospice and eventually decide to take down on one person who wronged them in their lives before their time runs out. Through unexpected events they eventually become entangled in a murder case. They can now only meet ‘one person’ who is truly precious to their lives.
The 16 episode series is a JTBC Original directed by Oh Hyun-jong and written by Moon Jung-min. The show aired it’s finale in the month of February this year but wasn’t available to stream anywhere in India. So the time is here for anyone who wanted to give this K-Drama a try. Stay tuned.
