Directed by K Vijayabhaskar, who gained significant recognition for his work, “Nuvve Kavali”, “Nuvvu Naku Nacchav,” “Manmathudhu,” and “Malleshwari.” Made a comeback with his movie Jilebi, which marks the debut of his son Srikamal as the lead actor.
The story revolves around a girl named Jilebi. Who is hiding in a boys’ hostel due to some unforeseen circumstances, but things unfold when her presence is uncovered in front of Kamal and some of the other guys, which creates a wrong impression of her in front of Jilebi’s father.
The movie has some twists and turns and as well as some comic reliefs in between, but the second half of the movie fell short on audience’s expectations.
The overall impact of “Jilebi” didn’t attract much attention . The film’s creative team did not meet the anticipated result.
But, sometimes when the films do not meet it’s expected results in theatres they do an excellent job in OTT.
With that being said, On Aha Videos Jilebi is about to launch.
The cast of this movie includes Saikumar Babloo, Bamchik Babloo, Sree Kamal, Ankith Koyya, Getup Srinu, Shivani Rajashekar, Rajendra Prasad and Murli Sharma.
