The trailer for the upcoming romantic comedy movie “Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal” has finally been released! It’s a Tamil- language movie which has been written and directed by Vignesh Shivan and produced by Rowdy Pictures and Seven Screen Studios.
The film stars Vijay Sethupathi (as Rambo), Nayanthara (as Kanmani), and Samantha Ruth Prabhu (as Khatija) in crucial roles.
The film’s trailer gives us a sneak peek into the plot of the “Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal”, which revolves around the three main characters. The story follows Vijay Sethupathi’s character Rambo and his triangular relationship with both Khatija and Kanmani, all three trying to make this relationship work amongst them.
In the trailer, we see authentic and fresh comedy scenes like the imitation of love scenes from “Titanic” and recreation of scenes from “Baahubali.” Also, we get to see a glimpse of cricketer Sreesanth in a punching scene with Vijay Sethupathi. Anirudh Ravichander’s impressive musical score was an additional element to this overall fun and engaging trailer.
“Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal” aka “KRK” marks Vignesh Shivan’s second collaboration with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. Moreover, Nayanthara and Samantha are also sharing screen space for the first time.
The film is slated to release in theatres on 28 April 2022, which coincides with Samantha’s birthday.
