Sunil’s Kanabadutaledhu is the latest direct-to-OTT release of SparkOTT. The teaser introduces Sunil as a sharp detective who is thrust into solving a murder mystery in parallel to the police investigation. There is a love story involving a college-going girl and a delivery agent. Then, it divulges into the crime angle saying love and marriage induce insecurity in a man.
We then, get to see various characters doing eccentric acts with the caption ‘Every person has two faces’ creating doubts in the minds of the audience about who may be behind the murder. The teaser does a fine job in piquing the interest of the investigative thriller.
Besides Sunil, we get to see some known faces like Ravi Varma, Praveen, Kireeti Damaraju, Kancharapalem Kishore, etc. Sunil looks impressive in a serious character. The background score of the teaser scored by Madhu Ponnas is very impressive and enhances the mood of the thriller. Only the periphery of the story is revealed by the teaser, we may have something more interesting reserved for the trailer.
We can say it is a good start for film promotions. SparkOTT is yet to announce the release date of the film written and directed by Balaraju M. We may have it with the trailer.
