Yuva Rajkumar plays the title character in Yuva, a Bangalore-based national-level wrester, who is suspended for a few years from the sport following machinations by his main opponent. Yuva joins an engineering college in Mangalore, but gets into fights with local student gangs. A personal tragedy brings him back on track, both in his responsibilities towards his family as well as his wrestling career.
Besides Yuva Rajkumar, the film stars Sapthami Gowda, Achyuth Kumar, Sudharani, Hitha Chandrashekhar, Gopalkrishna Deshpande and Kishore in principal roles. Yuva is directed by Santhosh Ananddram and produced by Hombale Films.
