Kill is slowly getting an expansion in terms of screen count and box office. The movie opened at a low note and the biggest antagonist was the poor screen count due to the crazy run of Kalki 2898 AD.
But, things are changing, however, not in the same magnitude as they should. Time and again we have talked about how the director of John Wick is helming a remake of Kill in Hollywood as he has already secured the remake rights. Plus the reviews are extremely positive.
With all these things going on in the favor of Kill, naturally, turbulence is bound to happen. So what’s the latest news?
The Telugu industry is going wild for the remake. Yes, Sudheer Babu and Kiran Abbavaran are in talks to lead the film in a remake.
Karan Johar and Guneet Monga are certainly happy people who are basking in the success of what they produced. The movie may not emerge as a box-office sensation but the other factors are definitely a dreamy thing for any producer.
If and only if the makers promote the film well then it might stand a chance in the award shows of the West that are crying for diversity these days. Let’s see what more things Kill can do.
