The Malayalam film industry has yet again proved that there is no other industry that can beat their beast mode. This happened yet again in Kishkindha Kaandam. The movie is absolutely jaw-dropping and it has been established long back when it was released.
But there’s a thing. Most films that get a grand reception at the box office come out as utter failure on OTT. Take the case of Stree 2, after breaking every possible box office record, the movie was panned after the OTT release.
Even Munjya is a great example of this. But, some are so artistically crafted films that they manage to gain love from both the theatre going and OTT audiences.
A great example would be Maharaja.
Kishkindha Kaandam falls in the same or even greater category. The movie is absolutely stunning in every frame and the response it is getting is no less.
People are getting swayed by its emotional as well as thriller aspect. Quite obviously, it is a masterclass on how to do the screenplay right.
The movie directed by Dinjith Ayyathan became a huge success at the box office and it is replicating a similar one on OTT.
The movie is streaming on Disney+Hotstar and we definitely recommend watching it.
