The sequel to the hit time-travel comedy film Indru Netru Naalai was officially announced on Friday, marking the beginning of its much-anticipated journey. Directed by Ravikumar and produced by CV Kumar, who also helmed the first installment; the second part commenced with a formal pooja in Chennai. However, one notable change is the absence of Vishnu Vishal, the lead protagonist from the original film, as the search for a new lead continues.
Released in 2015, Indru Netru Naalai follows the adventures of two friends, Elango and Arumugam, who stumble upon a time machine that complicates their lives in unexpected ways. With its engaging plot, the film captured the attention of audiences, setting the stage for its eagerly awaited sequel.
