The first look of Kriti Sanon from Bhediya is out now. The movie starring Sanon and Varun Dhawan in the lead role promises to be extremely different from the main league. If you have followed the teaser then you would realize that it looks like a cult-based movie where humans are experimented into developing wolf-like traits.
Well, the first look at Kriti Sanon makes our assumption even more prominent. She is essaying the role of Dr. Anika in the movie and she looks cynical in the poster. Also, her caption says that she is the doctor of wolves.
Regardless, we have seen too many films on human experimentation in Hollywood. The most prominent among them is ‘A Clockwork Orange’ from 1971.
But, there are not many such examples from India. However, a Disney+Hotstar series released earlier this year falls in the same category and it talks about human experimentation.
We are talking about Human. The series led by Shefali Shah and Kirti Kulhari was about a cynical doctor Dr. Gauri Nath who would experiment on poor people and it would ultimately go all wrong.
Bhediya might be a similar premise but with brutal characters. Because of the theme song “Insaan Mera Naashta” which means “Humans As My Breakfast”, this may also talk about cannibalism.
But whatever the case may be, the trailer will release tomorrow and it would reveal what the makers wanted to tell.
