Kunal Kemmu is all set to return in his cop avatar with Zee5’s ‘Abhay 3’, the third instalment of its popular crime thriller web series. Helmed by Ken Ghosh, ‘Abhay 3’ has now begun shooting.
Zee Studios took to social media to announce the same with a picture of the clapboard of ‘Abhay 3’ with today’s date and wrote, “When the world gets filled with darkness and crime, all that you need is a ray of hope. # Abhay3 shooting begins.”

‘Abhay’ has had two seasons till now that revolve around an ingenious investigating officer Abhay Pratap Singh, played by Kunal Kemmu, whose capability to think like a criminal helps him solve toughest of cases overcoming ghosts of his own past.
In Season 1 ‘Abhay’ with his team had the task of protecting his own and catching a man who sought revenge from him as he was responsible that man’s family’s death. While in season 2 he was up against an enigmatic criminal mastermind who puts Abhay’s morality at test. But Abhay is no less and is able to decode his vicious plans without compromising his loyalty and morals.
It will be interesting to see what Abhay is up to and who will he be fighting against in this new third season. Zee Studios’ ‘Abhay 3’ is helmed by Ken Ghosh who also directed the previous two seasons. It will premiere on Zee5 and is produced by B. P. Singh. Further information about the cast and crew of ‘Abhay 3’ are awaited.
