Zee5 has released character stills from the sets of its upcoming series ‘Sunflower‘ that marks the digital debut of filmmaker Vikas Bahl, known for films like ‘Queen’ and ‘Super 30’. ‘Sunflower’ is a unique situational crime-comedy web series that is scheduled to premiere in April on Zee5.
These latest pictures also reveal the cast of Zee5’s ‘Sunflower’ which will be led by Sunil Grover, who was recently seen in Amazon Prime Video’s ‘Tandav’. The supporting members of the cast joining him include versatile actors like Ranvir Shorey, Mukul Chadha, Girish Kulkarni, Shonali Nagrani, Sonal Jha, Radha Bhatt, Ashish Vidyarthi, Saloni Khanna and Ashiwn Kaushal.
‘Sunflower’ on Zee5 is set in the eponymous middle-class housing society in Mumbai with some fun and quirky characters. The series is touted to be full of thrill, comedy and drama.
Written by Bahl and co-directed by Rahul Sengupta, ‘Sunflower’ on Zee5 has been produced by Reliance Entertainment and Good Co. ‘Sunflower’ will start streaming on Zee5 in April, 2021.
