The next year is going to be huge for Disney+. The sheer number of massive projects that are all lined up to spruce up your 2025 is going to be insane. The new Hype trailer has unveiled not just a number of anticipated projects, but it also included the early looks for Alien: Earth and the second season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, which has made the fans go insane.
2024 has been quite slow for Disney. The projects that made significant breakthroughs included Deadpool, Wolverine, and Agatha All Along. The rest of the movies were quite the misses, such as the Acolyte.
The 2025 slate, however, can potentially work wonders for Disney+. The slate includes massive projects like The Bear season 4, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew Goosebumps: The Vanishing, Alien: Earth, Ironheart, Daredevil: Born Again, Chad Powers, Good American Family Andor season 2, The Handmaid’s Tale season 6, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2.
The D23 expo also showcased the WHAT IF…? Season 3 trailer. The major IPs like Star Wars and MCU are in the main focus next year. Which is understandable given that it was a very slow year for MCU. With only one movie throughout 2024, it is understandable the platform will focus on pumping out more content.
