The post-theatrical streaming rights for ‘Vaashi‘ have been bought by streaming giant, Netflix. The Tovino Thomas – Keerthy Suresh starrer will therefore stream only on Netflix and on no other OTT platform. Vaashi released in theatres on June 17. Therefore, Vaashi will stream on Netflix on 17th July, exactly a month after the theatrical release of the film. The film will stream on Netflix in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
Vaashi is a courtroom drama with Tovino Thomas playing an advocate Ebin Mathew in the movie, and Keerthy Suresh playing advocate Madhavi Mohan. The two young lawyers are close friends, share office space, and both have a burning ambition to reach the pinnacle of their careers. However, their relationship is put to the test when they find themselves on opposing sides of a crucial case.
Vaashi is written and directed by Vishnu G Raghav. The film stars Tovino Thomas and Keerthy Suresh, along with Nandu, Baiju Santhosh, Anu Mohan, Kottayam Ramesh, Anagha Narayanan, Rony David Raj, Vanitha Krishnachandran, Maya Menon, Sreelakshmi, Maya Vishwanath, Arya, RJ Raghu, among others, in crucial roles.
