Another feelgood drama from the Malayalam film industry is going to stream on OTT soon. ‘Neymar‘, a pet comedy, will be streaming from the 8th of July. It will premiere on Disney+Hotstar. Previously, the movie was about to come to OTT On July 28, but the date was later postponed.
Neymar will be available to watch in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. It is directed by Sudhi Madison and has actors like like Mathew Thomas, Naslen K. Gafoor, Johny Antony, Shammi Thilakan, Vijayaraghavan in leading roles. Matthew Thomas is known for his roles in movies like Kumbalangi Nights, Christy and more.
Neymar tells the story of a young boy named Kunjava who is attracted towards a girl of his class and wants to impress her. He has a friend who suggests that he should get a pet to impress her, as she likes pets very much. Kunjava finds a street dog and takes it home. The family members are supporters of the Brazil football team and they name the dog Neymar. Neymar soon becomes an inevitable part of the family.
Neymar is the directorial debut of Sudhi Madison and yet it manages to deliver a extremely fun filled comedy. There are many movies on this subject and it is by no means different. But it is a good movie for a one time watch and you will enjoy the movie if you too are a pet lover.
The performances and other departments of the movie are executed quite well enough and you will not regret watching it. It will be available on Disney+Hotstar on Auguts 8.
