Mammootty is probably the face of Malayalam cinema. Recently his film Bheeshma Parvam dropped on Disney+Hotstar and created havoc by garnering great views.
Today, however, the teaser of the much-awaited film CBI 5 The Brain. Needless to say, it is based on a CBI officer and since Mammootty is essaying the role, his character would also be solving only big cases.
The teaser is about 1 minute long and most dialogues are in English itself. Since the title of the film contains ‘The Brain’ in itself, chances are that we would get to know the mind games rather than a typical action.
Regardless, the teaser talks about the three unnatural deaths in the Gandhi family. Interestingly, it doesn’t even use distorted names and uses the correct name of former Prime Ministers Ms Indira Gandhi, Mr Rajiv Gandhi and also Sanjay Gandhi.
We all have grown up listening to stories that talked about the assassination of Indira and Rajiv Gandhi and also the mysterious death of Sanjay Gandhi in a lead role.
Mammootty’s CBI 5 The Brain talks about a common enemy or intention that may have led to the death of these members of once India’s most powerful family.
This movie is certainly gonna invite viewership and probably controversy too. But let’s wait for the film to hit the theatres.
