Earlier this month, Ali Fazal, one of the lead actors of Amazon Prime Video’s massively popular crime action web series ‘Mirzapur’, had announced filming wrap for the highly anticipated Season-3 of the cult show. Fans are now waiting with bated breath for an announcement for the streaming date of ‘Mirzapur S3’ on the Amazon Prime Video OTT platform.
Amazon Prime Video is making sure that buzz around ‘Mirzapur Season-3’ keeps building up. The streaming giant did not shy away from capitalizing on the Argentina Vs France FIFA World cup final match. Prime Video’s Indian Twitter handle posted a cryptic message related to the possible outcomes of the football match.
Besides the two folders for the football game, there was also a folder on the top right corner titled ‘Mirzapur S3 4K UHD’. Soon after, the official handle of ‘Mirzapur’ series also replied to the said Tweet. The post is probably an indication that ‘Mirzapur Season-3’ is on the verge of getting to the final stages of production and is almost ready for release. And it also hints at a strong possibility for the release date announcement of the show’s third season very soon.

That was indeed an innovative and smart marketing move by Amazon Prime Video to promote ‘Mirzapur Season-3’ amidst the brouhaha surrounding the big football match. That’s why the post instantly gained traction and further upped the curiosity quotient around ‘Mirzapur S3’.
The first season of the ‘Mirzapur’ series was released on Prime Video in November 2018. And the second season came out around two years later in October 2020. So, considering the time gap between the release date for S1 & S2, Mirzapur Season-3’s release is already overdue. So, we can soon expect an announcement related to an early 2023 release date for ‘Mirzapur S3’ by Amazon Prime Video. Stay tuned to Binged for the latest updates on the same.
