Martin Scorsese’s ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ Gets Bigger With These Latest Additions!

Upcoming Martin Scorsese-directed Apple Studios film ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon‘ has now got four new members joining the film’s star cast. These include Tatanka Means (‘I Know This Much is True’), Michael Abbott Jr (‘The Death of Dick Long’, ‘Loving’), Pat Healy (‘Bad Education’) and Scott Shepherd (‘Bridge of Spies’).

These above mentioned actors will be joining the recently announced William Belleau (‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’), Louis Cancelmi (‘The Irishman’), Grammy-winning singers/songwriters Jason Isbell and Sturgill Simpson and the previously added indigenous actresses Tantoo Cardinal, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins and Jillian Dion. Based on David Grann’s bestseller book of the same name, Apple’s ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Lily Gladstone and Jesse Plemons in prominent roles.

Means will play the role of John Wren, Abbott will be seen as Frank Smith and Healy plays John Burger, a federal agent who works with Tom White (Plemons) on the investigation of the murders in the Osage Nation. Shepherd will be playing the role of Bryan Burkhart, the brother of Ernest Burkhart, played by DiCaprio.

The story of the film is set in the 1920s Oklahoma where the serial murder of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation and a string of other brutal crimes later became famous as the Reign of Terror.

‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ screenplay has been written by Eric Roth and is directed and produced by Martin Scorsese alongside Imperative Entertainment’s Dan Friedkin and Bradley Thomas and DiCaprio’s Appian Way Productions.
