Excelsior! As Marvel celebrates its 85th anniversary with a special new video clip, we also get the official first looks at the upcoming Thunderbolts movie and Daredevil: Born Again Disney+ series. Moreover, we also see some new scenes from Captain America: Brave New World.
The journey of Marvel Comics commenced in 1939, back when it was called Timely Comics. The very first issue of Marvel Comics surfaced in August 1939, featuring an interesting blend of stories, including the debut of the Human Torch, whose new live-action version (played by Johnny Quinn) is appearing in Matt Shakman’s The Fantastic Four: First Steps. Under the creative direction of Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Steve Ditko, the comic book empire went on to launch globally prominent superheroes, such as Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Incredible Hulk, X-Men, The Fantastic Four, and others, and never looked back.
Years later, Marvel now treasures a studio of its own, with its live-action MCU movies minting over $31 billion globally at the box office. Moreover, its burgeoning TV slate can be streamed on Disney+ (Disney+ Hotstar for Indian viewers).
The latest 85th-anniversary trailer, while paying homage to past MCU blockbusters, also showcases the first looks from upcoming projects, such as Thunderbolts and Daredevil: Born Again. We get a glimpse of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil and watch all the Thunderbolts in an elevator in the newest clip.
Marvel’s latest clip also focuses on Stan Lee and highlights Deadpool & Wolverine, their most recent R-rated movie, which has become the biggest R-rated movie ever. Check it out now!
