The ongoing twin strikes in Hollywood, namely the Writer’s Guild Of America and the SAG-AFTRA strikes, have spelled trouble for the Marvel Studios and Disney. The entire Marvel slate has been postponed amidst major production delays. There’s been a lot of confusion regarding the release date for Loki Season 2 as well.
Most people are wondering whether Loki Season 2 will stick to its original release date of 6th October, 2023, or will it be postponed, just like the rest of the Marvel titles. Marvel Studios has just released a new clip from Loki Season 2, effectively putting to rest all speculation regarding the Loki S2 release date.
The new clip from Loki Season 2 doesn’t give any new insights into the plot for the season. We’ve already seen most of the scenes in the Loki Season 2 trailer that was released around a month ago by Marvel.
Loki is easily the best Marvel TV show on Disney Plus. Loki Season 2 promises to take the legacy forward in interesting ways. The series will see the return of Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Jonathon Majors, Sophia DiMartino, Eugene Cordero, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Tara Strong, Rafael Casal, among others. Kate Dickie and Ke Huy Quan are the new additions to the cast.
