Episode 9 of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law has turned out to be one of the most divisive finales in the history of television. The latest episode had a runtime of about 35 minutes, making it the shortest finale in the MCU shows. Fans were concerned about how the makers will conclude multiple storylines within a very short runtime. We all thought that Episode 9 would be overstuffed and rushed. But Jessica Gao and her team had different plans.
Some fans believe that the finale broke the fourth wall in the best and wildest way possible. On the other hand, the remaining ones are not shying away from lashing out at the latest episode. On top of that, we saw Skaar (Hulk’s son) in his live-action form for the first time.
The finale had plenty of surprises to offer to the fans. However, Twitter has been on fire recently by the backlash against Skaar’s overall design, including his haircut. The character was portrayed by Wil Deusner of The CW’s Stargirl.

Is ‘World War Hulk’ coming to the MCU?
Fans have made it quite clear that they badly want a movie based on the 2007 World War Hulk comic book series. Even Mark Ruffalo has discussed the possibility of this case in an interview with Entertainment Weekly some time ago.
Let’s say that the World War Hulk storyline becomes a part of the MCU in future. Then what? How will it get adapted? Will we see the badass and ruthless version of the Hulk again in that project? Or will it make the beloved character nothing but a complete joke of a superhero?
Who is Skaar?
Skaar first appeared in the 2006-2007 “Planet Hulk” storyline, published by Marvel Comics. He is the son of Hulk and Caiera, an extraterrestrial being belonging to the tribe of Shadow People on the planet Sakaar. He emerged from a cocoon and matured rapidly, achieving his teenage appearance within a year of his birth.
Skaar has been described as a complete savage in the comics. He understood the importance of killing someone at a very early age. Thanks to the people of his home planet! Soon, he becomes a vicious general and later gains powers from the stone-based “Old Power”. He was able to draw pure energy from the planet itself. Also, he used to communicate with the spirit of his dead mother.
Can you imagine this version of Skaar as a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Absolutely, not!
Will Skaar become a big deal in future MCU projects?
The executives are yet to comment on the possibility of a World War Hulk movie. Although, we have seen Jennifer Walters hinting at a future Hulk film while talking to Kevin (sorry, it is K.E.V.I.N). But it seems highly unlikely that Marvel Studios will ever bankroll the WWH project, considering its utterly violent and catastrophic tone. But the “Planet Hulk” storyline may get adapted into the MCU in future (of course, with some “necessary” modifications). This project may show us Skaar’s origin story. It may even explain why Hulk went to Sakaar in the first episode of She-Hulk.
Some recent online fan theories have speculated that Skaar may become a part of the Young Avengers lineup. He can replace Hulkling in that group. With this, Mark Ruffalo may retire from the MCU and pass the torch to the young Wil Deusner.
