Tom Holland’s latest outing ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ is basking in the glory of the film’s phenomenal box-office success and widespread acclaim by fans globally. A few weeks before the latest Spider-Man film’s release, rumors about another potential sequel in the works started doing the rounds.
Marvel boss Kevin Feige has recently revealed exciting info for Spider-Man fans (via New York Times) that a fourth Spider-Man movie is indeed in the works. Kevin Feige has said that: “Amy (Pascal) and I and Disney and Sony are talking about — yes, we’re actively beginning to develop where the story heads next, which I only say outright because I don’t want fans to go through any separation trauma like what happened after Far from Home. That will not be occurring this time.”
But considering the fact that the fourth Spider-Man movie is ostensibly only under early stages of development, so exactly when will Tom Holland’s fourth solo Spider-Man film will be out in theatres is subject to speculation.
As per the recent release trend, the last three Spider-Man movies namely ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’, ‘Spider-Man: Far from Home’, and ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ had their theatrical releases with a minimum gap of around 2 years each. The first film of the trilogy came out in July 2017, while the second and third were released in July 2019 and December 2021, respectively.
In case this two-year gap trend continues, and production pace is not hampered, we can expect Tom Holland’s solo ‘Spider-Man 4’ movie to be hopefully released during 2023 end or somewhere in the first half of 2024.
