Conmen are always interesting. Doesn’t matter if they are criminals, the media loves to glamorize them and so do we. It’s the kind of reflection that we saw in the movie “Fight Club”. In that movie the narrator always wanted to be like Tyler Durden, so he imagined him to be near him.
In the same way, we love those conmen who don’t harm common people but rob the corrupt ones with their smartness and charm. Special 26, Bunty Aur Babli received an overwhelming response from the public because of the same reason.
Now the upcoming web series Matsya Kaand on MX Player is moving a step forward in the same. It is about a thief who is on the verge of doing a big crime (Ek Bada Kaand). The thief has many aliases and we are not sure about his identity yet. Ravi Dubey is playing the thief. Interestingly, BJP MP and renowned actor of the Bhojpuri industry Ravi Kishan is playing the cop. He is a cop who is considered smart enough to catch the conman for whom money is not the destination but only a medium.
The trailer looks quite interesting as it will tell us more about the destination of the conman and whether the cop became successful in catching him. It is releasing on 18th November.
It is directed by Ajay Bhuyan and stars Ravi Dubey, Zoya Afroz, Ravi Kishan, Piyush Mishra and Rajesh Sharma.
