Matt Damon and Ben Affleck will be back together for a new project soon. Netflix has announced that the two actor friends will be collaborating for a original thriller. There were some rumours about this movie from some time, but there were no official announcements from the side of the makers till now.
Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are long time friends and have collaborated in some of the most iconic movies in Hollywood. They started with ‘Field Of Dreams’ and ‘School Of Ties’ then gathered huge fame with ‘Good Will Hunting’ which was directed by Affleck and starred Matt Damon in the lead role. The two were featured in the 2023 drama ‘Air’ and are now all set to come together in the Netflix kidnapping thriller ‘Animals’. Meanwhile the announcement for a new Netflix original is a big news to celebrate.
The movie is titled ‘RIP’. It is being written and directed by Joe Carnahan. Joe Carnahan is known for directing movies like ‘Boss Level’, ‘The Grey’, ‘Smokin’ Aces’ and many more. It will be good to see what Carnahan does with actors like Damon and Affleck.
The movie is being produced by Artists Equity, which was founded by Damon and Affleck in 2022. The plot of the movie is still a mystery and hopefully there will be some more information soon.
