Matthew McConaughey has been establishing himself as one of the most established faces of the industry, and as a project gets associated with the name, it builds hype. But the new Yellowstone’s planned sequel won’t have the same fate.
Matthew McConaughey’s name still can’t be associated with the spinoff, at least as of now.
Besides the cloud of uncertainty, it is also being informed that a new high-profile actress will be joining the project as the lead actress. Even the decision of the spinoff came out as a disputed one.
A form of argument broke out between Kevin Costner, the lead star, and Taylor Sheridan, which forced the studios to close the curtains for the show once and for all. And to compensate for the cancellation, Paramount will be bringing a spin-off of the popular title.
From the very beginning, McConaughey was attached to the show, and that helped boost the rumors a bit, but as of now, the association seems a bit alienated.
Now, who might be this high-profile actress who is in talks to replace McConaughey, fans are definitely free to speculate, but as of now, there are no official updates.
