The teaser for Anushka Shetty’s comeback film ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty‘ is finally here. And going by the teaser, this new-age comedy drama promises to be a rollicking and fun ride of a film. The ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty’ teaser did not reveal any release date for the film, though we expect the film to release soon, most likely in June or July. ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty’ features the refreshingly new pairing of Anushka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty.
The teaser of ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty’ hints at an atypical, modern love story between an older woman and younger man. Not just that, in ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty’, the woman happens to be far more successful and established than the man, who still hasn’t found his feet in his chosen field of endeavor. What’s more, she’s 40 years old, still unmarried, while he’s still in her twenties.
The premise of ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty’ certainly seems very exciting and new. The professions chosen for the lead actor and actress are also interesting. Miss Shetty (Anushka Shetty) is an accomplished chef, who runs her own restaurant. Mr. Polishetty (Naveen Polishetty) plays a happy go lucky guy, who wants to be a stand-up comedian, but is not too successful at it. The two meet when he comes applies for a stand-up comedy gig at her restaurant.
Besides Anushka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty, ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty’ also features Murali Sharma, Nassar, Jayasudha, among others, in pivotal roles. The film is written and directed by Mahesh Babu P, and produced by Pramod Uppalapati and Vamsi Krishna Reddy of UV Creations.
