Siddharth Malhotra starrer Mission Majnu has skipped the theatrical release and will now drop directly on Netflix India. The film was in a decent buzz ever since the announcement happened but now it is finally coming.
After the poor performance of Siddharth Malhotra’s films in the theaters, it seems like a good decision that the film is heading directly to the OTT. However, it may be too early to judge as we are yet to see any teaser or trailer for the same.
Regardless, the film is directed by Shantanu Bagchi. It is produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Amar Bhutala, and Garima Mehta.
The movie apart from the leading man Siddharth Malhotra also stars Rashmika Mandanna. The film was scheduled to release theatrically on the 10th of June but went on getting delayed due to unknown reasons.
The movie will tell the story of a brave agent and his adventures to save the nation from surrounding dangers. In the poster, we can spot Siddharth Malhotra in a jacket with a Pathani suit as he holds a gun in his hands.
Regardless, the most important information is about the release date. Mission Majnu is arriving on Netflix India on the 20th of January next year. So there is more than a month left for the film to arrive.
