We are inching closer to the worldwide premiere of the upcoming Disney+ series, Moon Knight. The show will hit the streaming service on March 30. Also, Marvel has dropped a brand new clip from the show, titled “Summon the Suit“, to bolster its hype among the MCU fanbase. It features Oscar Issac, Ethan Hawke, and May Calamawy.
The latest clip from Moon Knight shows Layla (Calamawy) requesting Marc (Issac) to summon his Khonshu suit to protect themselves from a dark spell performed by Arthur Harrow (Hawke). But Marc panics and fails in generating his suit. Both he and Layla try to escape from Harrow’s grasp. The latter also gets involved in a fight with one of Harrow’s people. The follower of the god Ammit successfully opens up a ground portal. It causes a deadly monstrous creature to come out of that portal.
There is no denying that Marvel fans cannot keep their calm about the upcoming Moon Knight instalment. The “Fist of Khonshu” is one of the most popular and lovable superheroes in the history of Marvel Comics. Fans always wanted to see this unique character in a live-action project. And Kevin Feige and his team granted their wish by announcing the series at 2019’s D23 conference.
The series consists of six episodes with the final one scheduled to dispatch on May 4. Mohamed Diab has helmed four out of six episodes in the forthcoming show. He is also serving as one of the executive producers alongside the series’ creator, Jeremy Slater. On the other hand, the duo of Aaron Moorhead and Justin Benson handled the directional duties of the remaining ones. Every episode has a 40-50 min runtime.
The official “Summon the Suit” clip from the upcoming Moon Knight Disney+ series is out now.
