Academy, Emmy, Golden Globe, BAFTA (and whatnot) Award-winning American actress Julianne Moore has had a prolific career spanning decades. She was seen most recently in Netflix’s critically acclaimed ‘May December’ for which she bagged another Golden Globe nomination.
Moving on to her next project ‘Control’, Moore will be seen starring against another prolific name James McAvoy. The thriller revolves around a troubled Dr. Conway, who wakes up one morning to a mysterious voice inside his head. With his reality now under question, he is forced to fulfill the voice’s escalating demands against the threat of destructive consequences.
McAvoy is also a multi-award-winning actor especially known for his brilliant depiction of Kevin, a kidnapper suffering from dissociative identity disorder who harbors 23 alter egos in the critically acclaimed feature ‘Split’.
Entering production this month under the direction of Robert Schwentke, also known for ‘Red’, ‘Allegiant’, ‘The Captain’, and more, the film is set to be shot in Berlin with a currently unrevealed release date.
As for the protagonist’s upcoming projects, Moore will next be seen opposite Sydney Sweeney and Domhnall Gleeson in Apple TV+’s thriller ‘Echo Valley’ and ‘The Room Next Door’ opposite Tilda Swinton. McAvoy on the other hand is working on the horror movie ‘Speak No Evil’ and will next be seen in Legendary Studio’s ‘The Book Of Clarence’.
