Maddock Films has released the trailer for ‘Munjya’ their upcoming horror comedy drama that features India’s first CGI created actor. Best part is ‘Munjya’ trailer promises an interesting and fun filled horror drama.
‘Munjya’ trailer begins with an old tale of a cursed place called Chetukwadi where under a tree are buried the ashes of Munjya. Apparently, Munjya wanted to marry a girl named Munni but unfortunately he died before it could happen.
To fulfil his unaccomplished desire Munjya has returned and is haunting a young girl man to get what he wants: marrying a girl named Munni. Stressed by the frequent scary appearance of Munjya this boy seeks help from friends and family. And then unravels the tale of past that is full of black magic and stuff.
Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and written by Yogesh Chandekar, ‘Munjya’ stars Sharvari, Abhay Verma, Mona Singh, and S. Sathyaraj. The most unique feature about the film is the lead star being a computer generated figure. The film is touted as a perfect blend of comedy and horror to beat the summer heat for Gen Z, kids, and the whole family.
‘Munjya’ is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik. A Maddock Films production ‘Munjya’ will release in theatres on 7th June, 2024.
