Naga Chaitanya‘s Love Story was postponed at the 11th Hour after the COVID Second wave struck India. The movie’s release date has been announced for September 10th as Vinayaka Chaviti Special. There are unconfirmed reports that the movie may get postponed but as of now, there is no official confirmation. The postponement rumors are rife after Amazon Prime Video is planning Nani’s Tuck Jagadish on the same day.
The Telugu exclusive OTT platform, Aha Video has the post-release digital rights of the movie. The movie’s producer told Binged.com that the movie will arrive on Aha Video around 35-36 days after its theatrical release. If the movie releases on September 10th, we may see the movie on Aha Video around October 15th as Dussehra Special. The date can change if the theatrical release date changes.
The movie has got a good buzz because it comes from the stable of Sekhar Kammula who last delivered a Blockbuster like Fidaa. Sai Pallavi who is part of Fidaa is the female lead in this film. The song ‘Saranga Dariya’ from the film is a massive chartbuster and increased the hype around the film. Love Story is the first big release of Tollywood after the COVID second wave.
