Netflix has collaborated along with Headspace to give us a new series that helps the viewers understand and appreciate the benefits of meditation. Netflix’s Headspace Guide to meditation is going to introduce a new technique in every episode and also tell us how that technique can be used explicitly in certain situations.
Our lives have become faster than ever, and in this race, we sometimes forget to take a step back and think about what we want. When was the last time that you did nothing? Does the thought of doing absolutely nothing bring you disgust? Sometimes taking a step back can be the best thing, especially when it comes to tackling the undue stress and anxiety that we put on ourselves.
Meditation not only helps us to focus but also maintain a healthy relationship within ourselves as well as those around us. It helps us to focus more on the tasks at hand and make us less susceptible to distraction around us. God knows how many of them keep revolving around us at every moment of the day, especially with the revolution of the digital age.
