Binged informed its readers about a new show that is dominating the Netflix India charts instantly after its release. Unfortunately, it was not promoted well by Netflix India still word of mouth has helped the show gain good buzz amongst audiences.
The show we are talking about is “The Night Agent“. Yes, after the great reception of The Night Manager on Disney+Hotstar, it can be a little confusing but the Netflix show ends with “Agent” instead of Manager.
Regardless, The Night Agent is also based on a popular fiction novel. The series follows an FBI agent who is trapped in the middle of a crisis happening in Washington DC.
After gaining a great response from the audience, Netflix India has lost another opportunity. The series is streaming in India in only English and Hindi. It is a good show and yet there is nothing about Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
The same was true about 1899, which may have been an average show but was insanely buzzy before its release.
Sadly, we have lost count of such missed opportunities where Netflix India could increase the diversity of their offerings of their show. But yet again the ignorant behavior of Netflix India doesn’t seem to stop.
