It looks like Netflix India is suffering through some problems. The platform is known for its stability and good UI. There is hardly any platform whose UI is as engaging as that of Netflix. They usually keep it updated for better engagement too.
Netflix India has lately bounced in terms of content too. They have great things to offer to the audience and naturally, people will be interested in it.
Sadly, a lot of people are unable to log in and enjoy after recharging their account. Now, we are not saying that everyone is facing this issue. You may be experiencing a smooth recharge and that is absolutely great. But, a lot of people are indeed facing problems in getting their account recharged and their problem matters.
Thus, Binged has brought forth this issue in front of the users and Netflix so that those problems get solved. Normally, you purchase a Netflix subscription and Netflix automatically renews the subscription by cutting the money from the attached bank account. A lot of people, who are not interested in this automatic renewal, prefer to recharge manually.
Netflix India needs to look into both these problems as users find it troublesome. Money gets detected from their account but they are simply unable to enjoy the content.

@NetflixIndia I am trying to update my credit card with a new cvv and expiry date. However, it keeps failing. The same card was working few days back. I reached out to a customer care executive but they don't have any option to fix this issue. Can someone from IT team help?
