For Netflix India’s top ten films list, the topmost spot has been bagged by the political thriller flick ‘Maamannan’. And on the second and third places of the Netflix list are the action-comedy movie ‘Hidden Strike’ starring Jackie Chan and John Cena and the animated superhero film ‘Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie’.
On the Netflix top ten TV shows front, this week’s top spot has been secured by the Punjab-set investigative drama ‘Kohrra’. While on the second and the third spots of the Netflix list are the fantasy drama series ‘The Witcher’ starring Henry Cavill followed by the anime action-adventure series ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’, respectively.

10. Unknown: Cosmic Time Machine
The documentary film focuses on the mission to launch the James Webb space telescope by a team of scientists and engineers in a quest for a better understanding of the universe.
9. Gumraah
The crime thriller movie features Aditya Roy Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles. The film’s story revolves around a police investigation into a murder case of a young man in which the main suspect is found to have a lookalike.
8. Paradise
Set in the near future, the sci-fi thriller movie follows the story of a man who desperately tries to help his debt-ridden wife, who becomes the target of a sinister billion-dollar company which trades years of people’s lives.
7. Dream
The Korean sports comedy drama movie is about how a top football player lands up as a coach of the national team of homeless people and trains them for an international tournament.
6. Ambulance
Helmed by Michael Bay, ‘Ambulance’ is a heist thriller in which Jake Gyllenhaal essays the role of a hardened criminal Danny, who comes up with a plan to rob a bank with his brother William Sharp (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II), who portrays a war veteran in desperate need of money for his wife’s operation. But things soon go awry, and the two robbers steal an ambulance with a paramedic and a critically injured cop.
5. Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga
The crime thriller movie follows the story of a flight attendant (Yami Gautam), who plans to execute a diamond heist with a friend’s help inside a plane, to get rid of a debt. But their plan goes awry when the plane gets hijacked.
4. Lust Stories 2
The ‘Lust Stories’ sequel comprises four short films directed by four different filmmakers namely R. Balki, Konkona Sen Sharma, Sujoy Ghosh and Amit Ravindernath Sharma. Based on the themes of love, sex, and desire, the anthology features Kajol, Mrunal Thakur, Neena Gupta, Tamannaah, Vijay Verma, Angad Bedi, and Tillotama Shome, amongst other cast members.
3. Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie
Based on the ‘Miraculous’ franchise, the animated superhero movie follows the story of two Paris-based ordinary teenagers, who are transformed into superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir. Together, they must join forces and save their city from a new threat.
2. Hidden Strike
The action-comedy movie features Jackie Chan and John Cena in the roles of former special forces soldiers, who must escort a group of civilians through Baghdad’s infamous highway of death while dealing with numerous obstacles during their mission.

Helmed by Mari Selvaraj, the political thriller movie focuses on a father and son duo (played by Vadivelu and Udhayanidhi Stalin respectively), who clash with a rival politician Rathnavelu (played by Fahadh Faasil). The movie also features Keerthy Suresh as the female lead.

Helmed by Balwinder Singh Janjua, the action thriller web series follows the story of a former police informant aka CAT (Randeep Hooda) who is enlisted by a disgruntled cop for a daredevil mission to infiltrate a drug empire and to cause a powerful politician’s downfall. Now, he must deal with a dangerous drug gang and his dark past to save his brother’s life.

The anime action series revolves around a highly skilled fighter, who enters the Arizona State Prison in order to defeat a formidable inmate called Mr. Unchained.
4. King The Land
The Korean romantic comedy drama series follows the story of the rich heir of The King Group of hotels and how he clashes with one of the hotel’s diligent female employees, and sparks soon fly.
3. Jujutsu Kaisen
The anime action-adventure series follows a high school student who accidentally finds himself dealing with supernatural happenings after he becomes host to a cursed demon named Sukuna.
2. The Witcher
The series features Henry Cavill as ‘Geralt of Rivia’, who is a professional monster hunter with special powers. His destiny makes him cross paths with Princess Ciri and the sorceress Yennefer of Vengerberg as they navigate their way through a corrupt medieval fantasy world called The Continent.

Set against the backdrop of dysfunctional family dynamics and delving into the darker sides of relationships, the mystery drama series revolves around an NRI, who gets killed in a Punjab countryside just a few days before his wedding.
