For Netflix India’s top ten films list, the topmost spot has been bagged by the star-studded anthology film ‘Lust Stories 2’. And on the second and third places of the Netflix list are Sudhir Mishra’s intense drama ‘Afwaah’ and the action-packed ninth ‘Fast & Furious’ film ‘F9: The Fast Saga’.
On the Netflix top ten TV shows front, this week’s top spot has been secured by the fantasy drama series ‘The Witcher’ starring Henry Cavill in the titular role. While on the second and the third spots of the Netflix list are the high-school comedy drama show ‘Never Have I Ever’ followed by Hansal Mehta’s journalism-based web series ‘Scoop’, respectively.

10. Sniper: Rogue Mission
The action thriller flick is about how a rookie CIA agent teams up with an assassin and a former ally to take down a corrupt federal agent, who is running a human trafficking empire.
9. Gumraah
The crime thriller movie features Aditya Roy Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles. The film’s story revolves around a police investigation into a murder case of a young man in which the main suspect is found to have a lookalike.
8. Old
Based on a graphical novel called Sandcastle, the mystery thriller film ‘Old’ has been directed by the master of twist endings M. Night Shyamalan (Director – The Sixth Sense). The movie’s plot follows a family whose vacation at a secluded beach turns out to be their worst nightmare when they somehow mysteriously begin to age at a rapid rate. It threatens to compress their whole lives into a single day.
7. Lust Stories
The anthology comprises four short films helmed by four different filmmakers namely Zoya Akhtar, Dibakar Banerjee, Karan Johar, and Anurag Kashyap. These stories focus on love, sex, and relationships in contemporary India.
6. Extraction 2
Helmed by Sam Hargrave, Chris Hemsworth reprises his role as the elite and fearless mercenary Tyler Rake in the action-packed sequel. The story is about how he attempts to rescue a ruthless gangster’s family from the prison.
5. Nobody
The action film features ‘Better Call Saul’ actor Bob Odenkirk as a seemingly peace-loving family man, who uses his deadly skills to get back to the small-town thieves who break into his home. But the event leads to his encounter with a dreaded Russian crime lord.
4. Theera Kaadhal
The movie is about a young married man Gautham (played by Jai), who meets his former love interest Aaranya (Aishwarya Rajesh) during a train journey. Their chance encounter rekindles their old romantic relationship as Aaranya seeks solace from her ex-lover owing to her abusive marital relationship. But the incident creates ripples in Gautham’s married life.
3. F9: The Fast Saga
It’s the ninth chapter of the immensely popular two-decades-old Fast and Furious film series. The film follows how the peaceful life of former criminal and street racer Dominic Toretto (played by Vin Diesel) is threatened by a proficient assassin and highly skilled driver Jakob Toretto (John Cena) who also happens to be his estranged brother. Dom teams up with his crew to try to stop the formidable threat.
2. Afwaah
Helmed by Sudhir Mishra, the film revolves around an advertising professional Rahab (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and a political heiress Nivi (Bhumi Pednekar) whose lives suddenly take a U-turn after an ill-intentioned rumour is spread by an influential politician.
1. Lust Stories 2
The ‘Lust Stories’ sequel comprises four short films directed by four different filmmakers namely R. Balki, Konkona Sen Sharma, Sujoy Ghosh and Amit Ravindernath Sharma. Based on the themes of love, sex, and desire, the anthology features Kajol, Mrunal Thakur, Neena Gupta, Tamannaah, Vijay Verma, Angad Bedi, and Tillotama Shome, amongst other cast members.

10. Black Mirror
It’s a science fiction anthology television series where every episode is presented as a standalone story that is mostly set in the near future or an alternative reality. Each episode focuses on the various technologies we casually use today for the sake of convenience/entertainment etc.

The horror comedy series focuses on The Addams Family character named Wednesday Addams (played by Jenna Ortega). The story is about how the titular protagonist, a gothic teenage girl, hones her psychic abilities and attempts to investigate a series of brutal killings.

This DC Comics-based superhero show follows how Batman’s former vigilante sidekick Dick Grayson assembles a team of troubled youngsters and together they fight against the evil forces and other dangers.

The K-Drama follows the story of a girl who had a crush on her brother’s friend. When she meets him again after many years, they gradually fall in love with each other.

The reality series focuses on a group of eight social media celebrities who compete with each other to bag the mantle of the best influencer and that too without the advantage of their fame and following.

The twelve-part mystery thriller K-drama follows a woman who becomes popular overnight as a social media influencer in Seoul, but she must also deal with the darker aspects of being a top celebrity.
4. See You in My 19th Life
Based on a popular webtoon, the romantic drama series is about a girl who has been reincarnating for thousands of years and remembers these past memories. But after her eighteenth life is cut short because of an accident, she decides to find the whereabouts of her childhood love from her previous life.
3. Scoop
Directed by Hansal Mehta (Scam 1992), the web series follows the story of an ambitious crime journalist (Karishma Tanna), who somehow becomes the prime suspect in a shocking murder of a fellow journalist. How she fights back against all odds forms the show’s underlying plot.
2. Never Have I Ever
The high-school comedy drama series revolves around the life of Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan), an Indian American teenage girl and focuses on her relationships with friends and her romantic interests.
