The trailer for the fourth season of the highly-anticipated Indian web series, ‘Little Things’ finally released on Netflix India’s official YouTube page, yesterday. The fourth season of this brilliant slice-of-life, romantic comedy TV series will also be its final one as well. The web series is expected to drop this season in the middle of next month – so hopefully we will get some more promo in the coming weeks. This “final season drop” will be all the more special for Netflix India because once it releases – it will be the end of the longest running Indian web series which was streaming on Netflix.
We have waited for almost two years for the web series to drop this season which was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. It has been a long journey, a web series which started on YouTube which then ended up on Netflix. The wait for the fourth season was torture – but most of us have powered through and the season is finally completed. In two, two and a half weeks, the Netflix web series will be available and it will be asking us even tougher questions about relationships.
Little Things started streaming on Netflix from 2018 and has been the longest Indian web series on the streaming giant. The web series revolves around the lives of Kavya Kulkarni and Dhruv Vats, a couple who are living together in Mumbai. Each episode in the series progresses through conversation (usually between Kavya and Dhruv) and that is a (surprisingly) new and refreshing concept for Indian love stories. What started out as a series of small shorts in a relationship became a fully-fledged web series by the third season. The journey has been beautiful and it has been a long time coming – but the time has come for us to say goodbye to Kavya and Dhruv.
Little Things will premiere its fourth and final season on Netflix on October 15th. Check out seasons one through three on the same streaming platform.
