Early reviews of the highly-anticipated Netflix’s 3 Body Problem series, developed by Alexander Woo and Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, are heavily divided. They are oscillating between very bad and very good. Some have praised the creators for successfully adapting the unadaptable 2008 novel of the same name written by Liu Cixin. On the other hand, many prominent critics and media publications have declared the show a complete misfire from the men behind HBO’s Game of Thrones.
Encountering critics’ disapproval is something David Benioff and D. B. Weiss are familiar with. We all know what happened with Game of Thrones Season 8. However, we should also not ignore how brilliantly they handled the overall show before the eighth season. Their overall adaptation of George R. R. Martin’s work was smart, earnest, and outstanding.
Let’s bring back our attention to Netflix’s 3 Body Problem now. Many publications have praised Benioff, Weiss, and Woo for their efforts on the show. However, they have also pointed out several noticeable flaws, such as inconsistent CGI, dragged scenes, predictable storylines, improper handling of gender and racial dynamics, and more. Most of the criticism has been aimed at the creators’ decision to rewrite all the main characters. Although, the series has earned some positive reviews for its performances and set pieces.
3 Body Problem stars Benedict Wong, Jess Hong, Jovan Adepo, Eiza Gonzalez, John Bradley, Alex Sharp, Jonathan Pryce, and more talents. It is set to premiere on Netflix on March 21. Stay tuned for more updates.

"3 Body Problem" literally has 3 levels of quality itself. The first 2 eps are ok, the middle 3 are sensational and the final 3 are abysmal. For sci-fi fans it's worth a visit, for others I would skip. Full review here #3BodyProblem #3BodyProblemNetflix https://t.co/CVf7zER3KJ pic.twitter.com/743UOcKlZh
