The first two seasons of Netflix’s Indian Original true crime series ‘Indian Predator’ ay not have made much noise upon release on the platform. But that hasn’t stopped Netflix from going ahead with a third season of ‘Indian Predator’. The streamer even announced the Netflix release date for Indian Predator Season 3 this morning. The new season of the true crime series premieres on Netflix worldwide on October 28.
Season 1 and 2, respectively, of Indian were titled ‘Butcher of Delhi’ and the ‘Diary of a Serial Killer’. Indian Predator Season 3 is titled ‘Murder In A Courtroom’. Going by the title and the first look poster of the series, it seems obvious that the story of the new season will be based on the real-life incidents that occurred in Nagpur in 2004.
In 2004 in Nagpur, Maharashtra, 200-400 women stormed a courtroom and lynched the notorious serial killer and serial rapist, Akku Yadav, within the courtroom. Denied justice despite filing cases against the serial sexual offender and having been terrorised for close to ten years by the dead man, the women—mostly dalit—decided to avenge the wrongs in the most gruesome way possible.
This, however, is just a guess on our part regarding the premise of Indian Predator: Murder In A Courtroom. There’s no official information from Netflix about the story of the new season of Indian Predator.
Indian Predator Season 3: Murder In A Courtroom premieres on Netflix on October 28. Stay tuned to Binged.com for more details on this one.
