Netflix has just revealed a new poster for its upcoming dark comedy crime drama series ‘The Brothers Sun’. The new poster for the series is as dark and fun as the drama promises to be. The Brothers Sun premieres worldwide on Netflix on 4th January, 2024.
The Brothers Sun is a black comedy, set in the world of mobs and gangsters. When the head of the leading Taiwanese gang is shot dead by an unknown assassin, his eldest son, Charles Sun, heads to Los Angeles to protect his mother and brother from unknown enemies. The fun begins when the younger brother, Bruce Sun, who’s been completely sheltered from the truth of his family until now, finds out about it.
The series features Michelle Yeoh as the mother, Eileen Sun; Justin Chien as elder son, Charles Sun; and Sam Song Li as the younger son, Bruce Sun. The new poster for The Brothers Sun shows the trio sitting at a blood-spattered table, while a severed head floats in the fish tank behind them. The poster amps up excitement for the series manifold.
Highdee Kuan, Joon Lee, Alice Hewkin, Jon Xue Zhang, Jenny Yang, Madison Hu, Rodney To, among others, form the rest of the cast for The Brothers Sun. The series is created by Brad Falchuk and Byron Wu for Netflix.
The Brothers Sun premieres on Netflix worldwide on 4th January, 2024, including in India.
