Netflix has unveiled the trailer of it’s upcoming limited series ‘Zero Day’ starring Robert De Niro in the lead. Created by Eric Newman (‘Griselda’, ‘The Watcher’, ‘Narcos’, ‘Narcos: Mexico’) and Noah Oppenheim (‘President’, ‘NBC News’, ‘TODAY’, ‘Jackie’, ‘The Thing About Pam’, ‘The Maze Runner’), ‘Zero Day’ will land on Netflix on 20th February, 2025.
The trailer has a sense of urgency after America comes under a devastating cyber attack by unknown forces who threaten to do it again. Made incharge to lead the investigation, beloved and highly respected ex-president George Mullen (De Niro) soon becomes target of a conspiracy himself.
There’s lots of disinformation alongside power brokers in technology, Wall Street and government colliding amidst their personal ambitions. While searching for the truth, Mullen has to confront with his own past demons as well risk a whole lot that he holds dear.
‘Zero Day’ is a conspiracy thriller that feels terrifying and raises important questions like in an era of conspiracy theories and subterfuge, how many of these uncontrollable and destructive forces are made by us or are they just a result of our imagination.
‘Zero Day’ stars Robert De Niro in his first ever TV series alongside Jesse Plemons, Lizzy Caplan, Connie Britton, Joan Allen, Angela Basset, Matthew Modine, Bill Camp, Dan Stevens, McKinley Belcher IIl, Gaby Hoffmann, Clark Gregg and Mark Ivanir. ‘Zero Day’ will land only in Netflix on 20th February, 2025.
