Warner Bros upcoming superhero instalment, The Batman, is one of the most anticipated movies of 2022. The studio has already dispatched a teaser and a trailer for its forthcoming product. The former dropped last year on YouTube, impressing the majority of diehard Batman fans. But the trailer ended up blowing our minds. Its violent tone and Rated-R rating have received a strong positive response from the fans. Now, there is another fantastic news for you all.
WB has plans to dispatch another trailer for the forthcoming Matt Reeves’ directional. It is expected to come out in the next 3-4 weeks. Most probably in January 2022. The official trailer won the hearts of millions of The Caped Crusader’s fans. But what can we expect more from the upcoming trailer?
Well, we believe that you all might have noticed The Riddler’s less screentime in all the trailers and tv spots. It looks like Reeves is interested in keeping his character a secret. We know that the director has taken a whole new approach for the notorious Batman villain. Fans enjoyed Jim Carrey dark comedic take on the character in Batman Forever. However, we have seen a darker and more lethal version of Edward Nashton so far. Yes, we have don’t have Nygma this time.
The film’s official website has released its official plot synopsis. Here’s some part of it:
“From Warner Bros. Pictures comes Matt Reeves’ The Batman, starring Robert Pattinson in the dual role of Gotham City’s vigilante detective and his alter ego, reclusive billionaire Bruce Wayne.
“Two years of stalking the streets as the Batman (Robert Pattinson), striking fear into the hearts of criminals, has led Bruce Wayne deep into the shadows of Gotham City. With only a few trusted allies — Alfred Pennyworth (Andy Serkis), Lt. James Gordon (Jeffrey Wright) — amongst the city’s corrupt network of officials and high-profile figures, the lone vigilante has established himself as the sole embodiment of vengeance amongst his fellow citizens.”
The Batman will release on March 4 next year. It consists of Robert Pattinson, Zoe Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffery Wright, Andy Serkis, Colin Farrell, and many more.
