English actor Louis Partridge rose to fame with his portrayal of Lord Tewkesbury in the hit Netflix ‘Enola Holmes’ duology, as he starred opposite Millie Bobbie Brown and Henry Cavill, David Thewlis, and more. Quick to rise to the audience’s liking for his chocolate-boy-esque charm, Partridge is all set for his next role!
This time around, he has been cast in the upcoming ‘Chronicles of Narnia’ movies from Great Gerwig, who is fresh off the success of her multi-accolade winning fantasy drama project ‘Barbie’. The new live-action adaptation Narnia films from Netflix have been highly awaited, albeit a fair share of users have expressed their wants for something better.
A release date and production schedule have not yet been attached to the films. A little background: the franchise, consisting of three films and one TV series, is based off of C. S. Lewis’ best-selling fantasy novels of the same name. The series follows the adventures of four young siblings who, in the midst of the London Blitz, are sent to live in a humongous English country house.
While exploring the gigantic place, they come across a portal to Narnia, a fantasy realm populated by talking animals, mythical heroes, and dastardly villains.
Stay tuned for more updates about the anticipated project!
