Tamil language romantic drama ‘Nitham Oru Vaanam’ (translated as ‘A Sky of Eternity’) released at the theatres on November 4th,2022. Despite positive critic and audience reviews, the film underperformed at the box-office due to extensive competition from Love Today and lack of promotions. Binged had earlier reported on the streaming rights of the film and now we have information regarding the streaming date. Nitham Oru Vaanam will stream on Netflix India from December 2nd.
Nitham Oru Vaanam follows an introverted young man with OCD, who is dejected after his fiancé leaves him. He eventually learns to find happiness and positivity in life from two couples whose stories he reads about. This gentle and breezy travel film could fit in the feel good genre films you crave for on a dry weekend.
Nitham Oru Vaanam is written and directed by Ra. Karthik in his directorial debut.The film stars Ashok Selvan, Ritu Varma, Aparna Balamurali and Shivathmika Rajashekar in major roles. Gopi Sundar composed the film’s music.The film was initially titled as ‘Vaan’ in 2017 with Dulquer Salmaan in the lead. The project however fell through, underwent a change of cast, and was relaunched in June 2021 with the title ‘Nitham Oru Vaanam’. Nitham Oru Vaanam will stream on Netflix India from December 2nd, 2022.
