Disney Plus Hotstar has just released several teasers for its next original show, titled OK Computer. The series will mark the entry of filmmaker Anand Gandhi in the OTT space. He is widely known for his stellar works, Ship Of Theseus, Tumbbaad and The Insignificant Man. OK Computer is directed by Pooja Shetty and Neil Pagedar. The series is ready for release, and its premiere date on Disney Plus Hotstar should be announced any time soon.
OK Computer is a science fiction comedy, along with time travel between now and 2031. Tagged “The Future Is Ajeeb”, it has people popping into 2021 from the future, that is 2031.
The original logline for the show from Disney Plus Hotstar at the time of the announcement of the series last year is this –
“OK Computer is a science-fiction comedy that will take the audience on a journey to a parallel world that is advanced and has never been experienced before at any level.”
The show has a stellar cast, featuring Radhika Apte in her first Disney Plus Hotstar show, Vijay Varma, Jackie Shroff, Rasika Dugal and Kani Kusruti.
The first teaser for OK Computer is a short 7-second clip, in which only a vibrating sound wave can be seen on screen, accompanied by sound intonations, albeit severely distorted. Check it out –
