Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal’s ‘OMG: Oh My God’, a 2012 starical social comedy drama film that focused on the superstitious and blind belief of people on self styled godmen was a blockbuster hit and now Akshay is getting ready for its sequel ‘OMG 2’ with a new star studded cast including Pankaj Tripathi And Yami Gautam.

One of the posters shows Lord Shiva holding the hand of a person indicating His guiding force and the second poster reveals Akshay Kumar in blue hues with a yellow halo kind of aura around him while a boy with bag on his back, in a dark silhouette, sitting in the front. The common tagline in both the posters is ‘Keep faith, you are a devotee of Lord Shiva’.
The first ‘OMG’ movie highlighted the teachings of Lord Krishna and going by the poster, ‘OMG 2’ will have Lord Shiva and his ideals in the spotlight. The film will be written and directed by Amit Rai (‘Road To Sangam’) and Amalendu Chaudhary will handle the its cinematography.
‘OMG 2’ is produced by Akshay Kumar’s Cape Of Good Films and Wakaoo Films’ Vipul D Shah, Rajesh Bahl and Ashwin Varde. Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi serves as the creative producer of ‘OMG 2’.
